MORF evolution by Arnel Renegado. This effect uses a gimmick engineered for visual penetration of a chosen card. The spectator selects a card, puts that card in the middle of the pack, and puts the deck into the box. The box is closed.

You then shake the box and suddenly their card appears from inside, now on the top of the box, with no cover whatsoever. Yes, the card can be signed!
